Large four bedroom pet friendly townhouse in Tenby that sleeps 8 just 160 metres from The Esplanade and walkway onto the beach. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach front and a large expanse of golden sand.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a generously size, tiled hallway with grand Victorian staircase. There are two lounge areas that have been merged into one open plan living space leading onto the kitchen/diner. The lounge has a selection of sofas and tub chairs for guests to relax in. There is also a wall mounted Smart TV and electric fire.
Through to the kitchen/diner, there is a dining table for ten plus a contemporary kitchen kitted out with all the essential cookware and crockery. At the back end of the house, through the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine.
Head upstairs to first floor where there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has king size bed and the second is a twin room. Heading up to the second floor, there is a convenient cloakroom on the half landing. Up on to the second floor you will find a further two bedrooms and family bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from super king size beds (which can be made up as twins upon request).
Completing the second floor is the contemporary family bathroom. Externally there is a small enclosed terrace with decking. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun or store your beach equipment ready for the next day.
