Located close to local inns and stores with Kingsand and Cawsand just a short drive away. Set in the heart of the village just yards from the beach and harbour where you can take the passenger ferry across to Fowey for some fine restaurants and independent stores.

5 bedrooms all king size. 1 bathroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 separate WC. Miele electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility area with washer/dryer. Private hot tub please note that children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub . Games room with pool table. Wood burners in the lounge, snug and dining area.

Electric and central heating included. Off road parking for 1 car. Wi Fi included. Regret no pets. 500 security deposit. Welcome pack upon arrival. Beach, shop, pubs and restaurant within walking distance. SkyTV's located in the lounge and snug lounge.
