This is a delightful waterside cottage in one of the best positions in Polperro. All the rooms have stunning views of the inner harbour and its entrance and the spacious lounge has a balcony running the whole width of the property that literally overhangs the water. Beautifully presented, comfortable and well equipped, any visitor will be lulled into a relaxed frame of mind whilst staying here. The picturesque fishing village, with its many atmospheric inns, shops and restaurants is a short stroll away, as is the beach and the miles of beautiful coastal paths that give access to this rugged coastline. Seawinds is in a traffic free zone, further adding to the tranquillity of this ideal cottage and as an added bonus, parking is provided for one car.
Accommodation:
Tasteful and well equipped kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table to seat four and window seat where you can enjoy wonderful views of the harbour. Washer/dryer in cupboard in hall. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Steps down to the large living room with harbour views, beamed ceiling, natural stone fireplace fitted with an electric heater, leather sofa, two armchairs, TV and DVD. From the kitchen, stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Double bedroom set in the eaves with a 4ft 6in double bed with draped headboard, TV and wonderful views. Bunk bedroom with 3ft single bunk beds and plenty of hanging space.
Outside:
French doors open from the lounge onto a large wooden balcony with rail, running the full width of the cottage, giving marvellous views of the harbour. (Small children should be accompanied).
Parking: Reserved space at Fishna Bridge. Please note: There is no car access to the property.
