A stunning pet friendly cottage with sea views that sleeps eight in Port Isaac, Cornwall, close to the beach. Perched overlooking the bay and just a fifteen minute walk down to the historic harbour and quiet cove of Port Gaverne. Inside, a spacious interior offers a seaview filled living room, a modern kitchen/diner and four gorgeous bedrooms made up into two doubles with en-suites, a twin and a bunk room, which share a family bathroom. Outside, an extensive garden with outdoor furniture and a lovely lawn awaits with amazing sea views. There is ample on-site parking for three cars. Beach 15 min walk.
There is a grocery store and play area for children close by and a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants at the bottom of the hill about half a mile away next to the harbour. Or head to Wadebridge about 9 miles away. Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock are all a 15 minute drive away. There also are three golf courses within easy reach.
Entrance
Approached by a gated gravel driveway that leads through the mature sheltered garden on the landward side, five steps lead down to the house. The front door opens to an entrance hallway with coat pegs.

Leading off to one side are a family bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.
Bedroom 1
Twin bedroom with two single beds and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2
Triple bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and an additional single bed.
Kitchen / Dining Room
At the rear, a fully fitted kitchen/dining room with television has two windows that look seawards.Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and washing machine.
Utility Room
There is an adjacent utility room with laundry facilities and storage space for beach gear.
Bedroom 3 with Ensuite
To complete the ground floor accommodation, on the opposite side of the hall, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room W.C. and hand basin with optional access by day from the utility room
Sitting Room
Carpeted open tread stairs lead directly up to the first floor where there is a very light and spacious sitting room with a smart television which also has a Blu-Ray/DVD player, comfortable lounge seating enjoying magnificent views from picture windows that look over the garden and far out to sea.
Bedroom 4 with Ensuite
At one end of the lounge is a dressing room which leads through to the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite WC and lovely views from full length patio doors opening onto a railed balcony looking directly across Port Isaac Bay.
