Located on the first floor, this room is open plan in design with the kitchen and dining area and has a large L-shaped sofa, a two-seater sofa and nest of tables. Entertainment features include a wall mounted 50” Smart flat screen television, DAB radio and selection of board games

Incorporated into the living / dining area on the first floor, the contemporary kitchen features an island with induction hob and overhead extractor. There is an outside shed which has body boards for guests to use, and an outside tap for rinsing off sandy wetsuits and feet

The house has one parking bay on the drive next to the front door, with on street parking available in the area on a first come first served basis
