Seaside Barn Conversion
- 6 Bedrooms
- Sleeps 10
- Hot Tub
Two unique properties creating a home from home for families or groups, sleeping 10 in total with a private hot tub and pets welcome. Accommodation consists of a historic stone farmhouse and barn conversion, with an acre of private grounds located in a secluded part of Snowdonia National Park, perfect retreat for friends, families (and the dog) overlooking Ceredigion Bay and Snowdonia.
Walk into the farmhouse, with flagstone floors and period features throughout. It has been delicately renovated to retain its heritage whilst providing modern comforts and thoughtful extras to enhance your stay. The boot room has plenty of space for your walking boots, beach gear and outdoor attire.
Continue to the open plan lounge/diner with log burner in the feature fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in after a full day out. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is a lovely space to get creative with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal from the local produce purchased on your travels. The dining room is the perfect setting by the window to gather round and enjoy a meal together.
The separate utility offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is the first of four bedrooms in the farmhouse, a single room with a double bed. Head upstairs to choose from the king size, twin (zip and link which can be made up as a super king on request) and the single with 4 (small double) bed.
Also on this floor is a stunning bathroom to unwind in, with freestanding bath, shower and WC. Adjacent to this farmhouse is the second property; the converted barn with underfloor heating, and a further two bedrooms: a king with sea views and the cosy twin. Relax in the lounge with a TV, electric log burner effect fire, sofas and stunning views from the tall windows.
Make a hearty breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy the views from the table in the lounge. To complete the accommodation is the bespoke bathroom with shower over bath and WC. It is a perfect set up with space for everyone to spend time together with the benefit of two separate properties for your holiday.
Outside enjoy the unique remote location with wonderful coastal and mountain views from sunrise to sunset wherever you are in the garden: in the hot tub, the patio with table and chairs or on the relaxed seating area. Enjoy alfresco dining, light the charcoal BBQ or relax by the firepit to make the most of this idyllic spot.
