Large five bedroom holiday home that sleeps 12 located on the top of a hill in the hamlet of Holset, close to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and a short ferry ride to Salcombe. The views from the house are breath-taking and reach as far as Dartmoor.
This beautiful house is spacious, light and well equipped, with high ceilings, large rooms and a real sense of grandeur throughout making Holset House a really special property for family and friends to enjoy their holiday whatever the occasion.
With its’ formal dining room, five bedrooms, a large well equipped modern kitchen with a full complement of fitted units and high quality appliances, fabulous lounge with an open fire along with a snug, study and children's den, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house is surrounded by lawns, perfect for children to let off steam.
Accommodation: From Side entrance, large hallway area with table football and open tread loft stairs to children’s den. Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. From hall Lounge, with open fire, TV, two three-seater sofas, stereo system, doors to terrace and gardens.
Kitchen, with large electric Aga with hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and seating for 10 and door to side patio furnished with table and chairs. Door through to formal dining room, large dining table and seating for 12. Door into main hallway, front door and porch. Door into snug, sofa and armchair.
Shower room, shower cubicle, WC and basin. Study, king size sofa bed. Stairs to first floor, Large master suite, super king bed, far reaching views, en suite bathroom, bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2, 5’ king size bed. Bedroom 3 5’ king size bed. Bedroom 4, twin 3’ single beds, Bedroom 5, twin 3’ single beds (interlinking door joins the two twin rooms).
