Three bedroom fisherman's cottage in Brixham sleeping 6 located next to the harbour wall with sea views. A dedicated parking space is included in your stay in the harbour car park, which is a 5 minute walk, further parking can be found on the street in nearby residential areas.
Step inside and into a hall which leads into a very well equipped kitchen/diner, which is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together around the dining table. There are two steps from the kitchen which lead out to a small courtyard with outside WC.
From the kitchen/diner, an archway leads to a bright and attractive lounge which is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfy sofas, a TV, and views over the harbour and out to sea. Back to the hall and head up the spiral staircase to the first floor where you will find the first bedroom which has a king size and single bed and boasts fabulous sea and harbour views.
There is also a bathroom with a Victorian roll top bath and WC and neighbouring the bathroom is a shower room with just a large shower. Up the spiral staircase again, the second bedroom is a cosy double room and finally, there is a king size room with a single bed which enjoys stunning views over the harbour and the sea.
There is a tiered terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea. Please note the terrace is accessed via approximately 40 external steps, common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside.
3 bedrooms 2 king size rooms both with an additional single bed (offering flexible sleeping arrangements) and 1 double room.
1 bathroom with a roll top bath and WC, neighbouring the bathroom is a shower room with a large shower only, 1 outside WC in courtyard.

Beach within 1 mile, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants are all within 150 metres. Accessed by 4 external steps from the street. Due to the terrace being accessed via approximately 40 external steps this may not be suitable for the less mobile and children should be supervised..
