A couples studio apartment in Salcombe, Devon with access to a heated pool. Located in a sought after, iconic building within easy reach of local pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to lovely sandy beaches. The apartment has an easy fold-down king-size bed a comfy sofa, TV, DVD player dining area and a Juliet balcony with stunning harbour views. There is an en-suite shower room within the main apartment but the private kitchen for the apartment is located just across the communal hallway. There is a designated parking space for one car.
The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens and use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (Early May Bank holiday until October 31st).
Please note no children under 12 years of age.
The pool is usually open from the first Friday in May until the last Saturday in September, from 8am until 6pm (8am - 8pm in July and August). The Salcombe Management withhold the right to make changes regarding pool access. There is no lifeguard - guests must sign a user agreement.
Entrance to living room/bedroom with easy to pull down sprung 5ft king size bed, sofa, TV, DVD player dining area and Juliet balcony with stunning harbour views. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Located separately from the main part of the apartment (across a communal hallway) is the private kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher, breakfast bar and additional space for bags, coats and shoes.
There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building.
Outside: Use of communal gardens and swimming pool (open 8am-6pm. Pool not open outside of main season).
Mooring berth available for one boat on the Salcombe Apartments private pontoon (Strictly 1 vessel only up to a max 5m in length including outboard motor and 2m beam (width) from early May bank holiday until October 31st as governed by the harbour authority).
There is a small boatstore on site which can be used for storing kayaks and paddleboards (space permitting).
Parking: Designated parking for one car.
