This beachside holiday home is close to the beach and just a short walk from two pubs, a bakery cafe and a corner shop. You are also close to the South West Coast Path which is a great for a day out with the family and your energetic hounds.

The dining area offers a large space to socialise with a beautiful backdrop of glass that can be opened out onto the wonderful garden with sea views. The outside is an incredible space with large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a lovely lawn. This really is a perfect spot to dine alfresco and have a cold drink after a long day of exploring.

Shop, pubs and beach less than a mile away. Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging. Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps/ slopes some of which can be steep. Private off road parking for 2 cars. Large garden laid to lawn with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.
