Bude two bedroom holiday cottage just a short walk from Summerleaze beach, ideal for rock pooling or surfing. The house sleeps four and offers off-road parking and WiFi.
Enter the front door and you re welcomed by the cosy lounge area with modern stone finish feature fireplace, with a Smart TV and comfy sofas to relax after a long day exploring. Leading through into the kitchen/diner, you'll find everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
Enjoy an evening meal sat around the benches or grab a quick bite to eat in the morning before heading out. To the rear of the property is a walk in wet room, complete with spacious shower and WC. A small cloakroom area is beside the back door, perfect for kicking off the shoes once returning from the beach.
Moving upstairs you'll find a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both lovingly furnished with walk in wardrobe spaces and automatic lighting. Heading outside there is an enclosed garden with private seating area, perfect for sipping your favourite tipple of an evening, or early morning coffee wake up call.
There's plenty of storage space in the rear outhouse for surfboards, body boards, bikes and wetsuits. There is private parking to the rear for up to two cars, and an on road parking space to the front of the property (subject to availability). This property has a private water supply.
