A delightful two bedroom compact apartment sleeping 3 in two bedrooms, with the master bedroom and the lounge/dining room overlooking spectacular coastal views across Banjo Pier all the way to Rame Head. Fabulous windows to watch the comings a goings of a variety of boats in Looe harbour. This cosy beautifully equipped property is very comfortable and well placed to explore the West side of Looe, with the stunning coastal walk to Talland Bay and Polperro, or to venture across the other side of the harbour, either via the charming foot ferry or stroll a bit further across the bridge, into the bustling town of Looe and the sandy beach, that's if you can tear yourself away from the sparkling outlook from the apartment.
Please Note: The property is not suitable for children under 4 years old, due to the fairly steep internal steps up to the living/dining/kitchen.

Family Shower room: walk in shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and WC. heated towel rail and electric shaving point.
Parking:
Parking for one car at the back of the property, 56 steps down to the property, so prudent to unload luggage prior to finding the parking space.
There is also free parking available further along Hannafore Road, (about 10 mins walk) but maybe not be spaces in August.
